Kevin Lindsay and the Harvests team began its affiliation with John Schwartz and his co-managed EBS companies in 2004. Together, they have forged EBS relationships across the country enhancing the companies' existing 2.5GHz spectrum alliance portfolio with expansion into numerous new markets throughout the U.S. Originally engaged to develop marketing and recruitment methods for strategic partnerships with fellow EBS operators, Harvests now manages 2.5GHz spectrum acquisition and market intelligence tasks on behalf of the EBS companies as well. Schwartz and the Harvests team are recognized for their ongoing commitment to preserve the broadest range of EBS spectrum value for its educational and non-profit licensees. As a result of this commitment, the procurement relationships facilitated through Harvests are unique in scope as they are based upon mutual interests between EBS operators and shared goals for the 2.5GHz band at large.

NEBSA

The National EBS Association (NEBSA), the professional association for institutions holding EBS licenses, is working with Mobile Citizen to promote the adoption of WiMAX services and the 2.5GHz spectrum in the educational sector. NEBSA is also the leading advocate for use of the spectrum set aside for education by the FCC, represents the interests of EBS licensees at the FCC and provides an expanded forum for exchange of information and advice on the new technologies, new educational applications and commercial relationships.
